Non-Stop Internet Package for TrueMove H Tourist SIM
1. This Non-Stop Internet package is for individual user who buy prepaid 4G Tourist SIM card from Real Move Co., Ltd. (“RealMove”) and/or TrueMove H Universal Communication Co.,Ltd. (“TrueMove H”) called “Company”, this service is applicable to user who use device that support 4G and 3G service in designated frequency that provided by Company. The Non-Stop Internet package is available from now until March 31, 2016 or until further announcement.
2. Fair Usage Policy (FUP): By subscribing to Non-Stop Internet package from the company, user is agreed to follow company’s fair usage policy where data speed will be reducing to 128Kbps when user consume data to the limit of usage allowance defined for each Non-Stop Internet package. Company reserves the right to manage network traffic and limit data speed as appropriated to maintain quality of service to overall users and to protect abusive acts that might affect to good experience of other users in the network such as Bit Torrent, downloading and/or uploading large files, suspicious continuous connection that consume excessive data, other behaviors that might cause to the damage of network and affect to quality of service in overall.
3. Subscription method: User can apply non-stop internet package by pressing a set of specified USSD number of each package, where package fee will be charged from credit in the SIM card. The package will be effective when user receive SMS confirmation.
4. Package Detail: Please refer to package detail and fee from table below.
5. Additional Charge: Data and WiFi usage that consume over bundle of the package or usage that occur when package validity expired, such usage will be charged as pay per use rate according to rate defined by SIM card’s priceplan or promotion that user is currently applied.
6. Validity period: number of validity day of the package is counting by calendar day, a day counted at every midnight (12.00 AM).
7. Package prices are inclusive of VAT 7%
8. Package price is not included roaming services, international call, content service, SMS, MMS, or any other services that does not define in the package.
9. Terms & Conditions for Connecting WiFi by TrueMove H
9.1 User can use TrueMove H mobile number for username and receive password by USSD, press *871*4# (Free of charge) or other channel that defined by company.
9.2 In case of forgetting password, user can contact truemove H 1242 or press *871*4# (Free of charge) or other channel that defined by company to renew the password.
10. Connect to WiFi
10.1 Connect your device to SSID “.@TRUEWIFI” or “@TRUEWIFI”
10.2 Open internet browser and wait for a web page to redirect you to log-in page, then fill in your TrueMove H number and password to log-in.
11. The system will log you out automatically for an idle time of 10 minutes.
12. WiFi connection is allowed only 1 concurrent user 1 device per time.
13. Other privileges or rights that are not state in this term & conditions cannot be redeemed, change, or return in cash or other privilege, and also cannot be transferred to third person/party.
14. Company reserves right to terminate or stop providing service without prior notice for following acts.
14.1 Violate one of the clauses in the contract and misuse of services, which user must follow;
a) Using the promotion or package for individual purpose, not to resell or commercialize the service.
b) Do not adjust, adapt, or use technology/network/system/equipment to connect to the service including not to directly or indirectly act or use the service that will be harmful to others or create risk that cause to damage or disruption in any part of company’s network.
14.2 Any acts that have reason to believe for fraudulent, using forgery document for application apply and using service, or a fraudulent behavior use illegally.
15. Company reserves the right to change, amend, stop or cancel service without prior notice in case of enforcing policy, government’s rule & regulation to company service or to terms & conditions of the service.
16. Company reserves the right to change, amend, stop or cancel term & condition, and will make a prior notice of 30 days through channels that company considers to be appropriate
